This sculpture is shown here in two different patination colours. It is the smallest of the ‘Icarus’ bronze sculptures.

This bronze is depicting the mythological boy, Icarus, about to leap off into the unknown! His wings are attached by wax and created by his father Daedalus so that the two of them can escape from Crete and King Minos.

This contemporary piece of art is suitable for interiors in this size. A larger sized version would be available as a commission.

The nature of bronze casting makes each one of the limited edition of 9 slightly different. Patination colours can be varied.
